What is a Celebration of Life? Many may wonder what the difference is between a Celebration of Life and a Funeral. A funeral tends to be a more somber event and it usually has the body of the deceased present. A Celebration of Life is held to celebrate the deceased and to remember fondly as a group the many wonderful attributes that they had. These always have tears, but they also have laughter.
